If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 business days from the date of delivery to email email@example.com and obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Orders returned without a valid RA # may face a delay in processing and a refund may not be approved.
If your return is approved, please return your order with the RA# included using a trackable mail service. It is essential that your package has a tracking number to minimize loss.
All merchandise must be returned unworn and in like-new condition with the original tag attached in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the total of your refund. In the event that product is offered at a discount online, all sales are final. Hadid Eyewear reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.
Refunds are only issued after merchandise has passed our quality control check. Refunds are automatically processed in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement.
Merchandise purchased from a third party retailer cannot be returned through our online store. You must return merchandise back to the retailer you purchased from.
Prescription lens orders - please note we do accept returns on frames ordered with prescription lenses per our standard return policy, but we can only refund the cost of the frame, not the lenses. In addition, since prescription lenses are custom, there is an additional $10 re-stocking fee deducted from the frame amount for us to put the original lenses back in the frame
